Creafl is built for creators running real businesses. This policy describes activity that isn't allowed on Creafl, whether on creator websites, in products, in emails or in social automations.
2. Illegal, fraudulent and deceptive activity
Don't use Creafl for illegal activity, fraud, scams, deceptive business practices or misleading claims — including false income, health or results claims.
3. Harmful behaviour
Don't use Creafl for harassment, threats, hate or abusive activity.
4. Security abuse
Don't distribute malware, run phishing, attempt credential theft, or try to access accounts, systems or data without permission.
7. Platform manipulation
Don't manipulate engagement, analytics or attribution, create fake accounts, or circumvent Creafl limits and restrictions.
8. Intellectual property and privacy
Don't infringe others' intellectual property or violate anyone's privacy, including by collecting personal data without permission.
9. Illegal products and services
Don't sell anything listed in our Restricted Products rules.
10. Payment abuse
Don't commit payment fraud or chargeback abuse, or use Creafl payments to disguise the nature of a transaction.
11. Enforcement
We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts that break this policy.
