1. Affiliate Program
The Creafl Affiliate Program lets you earn a commission for referring creators who become paying Creafl customers. See the Affiliate Program page.

3. Affiliate Links
Approved affiliates receive a personal referral link. Referrals are credited only when made through your link.
4. Eligible Referrals
An eligible referral is a new creator who joins through your link, becomes a paying Creafl customer and meets these terms.
5. Commission
You earn a one-time commission equal to 100% of the first month's plan value for each eligible referral. This is not a recurring commission. Current values: Creator $29, Growth $59, Pro $99.
6. First-Month Plan Value
The commission equals one month of the plan the referred creator first pays for.
7. Annual Plans
If a referred creator chooses annual billing, the commission is still capped at one month's plan value — not the full annual payment.
8. Attribution
Referrals are attributed to the affiliate whose link the creator used.
9. Refunds
If the referred creator's first payment is refunded or charged back, the commission is not payable or may be reversed.
10. Cancellations
Cancellations after the first month do not affect a commission that has already been approved.
11. Fraud
Commissions obtained through fraud, fake accounts or manipulation will not be paid and may lead to removal from the program.
12. Self-Referrals
You cannot earn a commission for referring yourself or accounts you control.
13. Prohibited Promotion
Don't use spam, misleading claims, or promotion that breaks our Acceptable Use Policy.

Use the Creafl name and brand only as we permit, and don't imply you are Creafl or speak for Creafl.
16. Affiliate Disclosures
Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship whenever you promote Creafl, as required by applicable law and platform rules.

Commissions are reviewed before approval.

You are responsible for any taxes on commissions you receive.
20. Suspension
We may suspend affiliate access while we review suspected breaches.
21. Termination
Either party can end participation at any time. Commissions for approved eligible referrals made before termination are handled as described above, unless terminated for fraud or a breach.
22. Changes to the Program
We may change or end the program. Changes apply going forward and we will update the date above.
