This Privacy Policy explains how Creafl collects, uses and shares information when you use our Service.
2. Who This Policy Applies To
This policy covers two groups: creators and other Creafl account users, and people who interact with a creator's business on Creafl — for example visitors, subscribers and customers.
When a creator collects information about their own audience, the creator decides how that information is used. In that case the creator's own privacy notice also applies. The exact roles are described in our Data Processing Addendum.
3. Information We Collect
We collect information you give us, information created when you use the Service, and information from services you choose to connect.
4. Information Creators Provide
Account details such as name, email address and username; business and website content; product details; and settings you configure.
5. Information Customers Provide
When you buy from or sign up with a creator, we process information such as your name, email address, and details of your order or signup on the creator's behalf.
7. Website and Usage Information
We collect information about how Creafl websites and the app are used, such as pages viewed, clicks, referring sources, device and browser information, to operate the Service and provide analytics and attribution to creators.
8. Transaction and Payment Information
We receive order details such as product, amount and status. Full payment-card details are handled by our payment providers; Creafl does not store full card numbers.
9. Email and Communication Information
We process email addresses, subscription status and email engagement (such as delivery and clicks) to send messages creators and Creafl are allowed to send, and to respect unsubscribe choices.
10. How We Use Information
To provide and secure the Service, process orders, deliver products, send permitted communications, provide analytics, offer support, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.

13. Payment Providers
Payments are handled by third-party payment providers, which process payment information under their own privacy policies.

We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect information, such as encryption of sensitive credentials and access controls. No system is completely secure.

Creafl is not directed to children.
