1. Respect for Intellectual Property

Creafl respects intellectual property rights and expects creators to do the same.

2. Creator Responsibility

Creators are responsible for making sure they own or have permission to use everything they publish and sell.

4. Information Required in a Notice

Please include: your contact details; a description of the copyrighted work; the URL of the content you believe infringes it; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised; a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature.

5. Counter-Notices

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address explaining why.

6. Repeat Infringement

We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe others' rights.

7. Other Intellectual Property Complaints

For trademark or other intellectual property complaints, contact us with the same details.
