1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Creafl, the commerce platform built for creators, including our websites, applications and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

To be finalized before launch. The legal entity that operates Creafl, its registered address and registration details.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to use Creafl. If you use Creafl on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for that business.

To be finalized before launch. Minimum age requirement and any country availability restrictions.

3. Creafl Accounts

You are responsible for the information in your account, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

4. Creafl Services

Creafl provides tools that help creators run their business, including creator websites, products and checkout, audience management, email, social automations, content tracking and analytics. Some features may be offered in beta or depend on third-party services.

5. Creator Websites

Creators can publish websites on Creafl addresses or on domains they control. Creators are responsible for the content, offers and information published on their websites.

6. Products and Services Sold Through Creafl

Products and services sold through Creafl are offered by the individual creator, not by Creafl. The creator is responsible for what they sell, how it is described and how it is delivered. See our Creator Terms and Restricted Products.

7. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid Creafl plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Plan prices are shown on our Pricing page. Cancellation and refund information is in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

To be finalized before launch. Billing provider, taxes on subscriptions and failed-payment handling.

8. Payments

Payments for creator products are handled by third-party payment providers. Creafl is not a bank or payment processor. See our Payments & Payouts Terms.

9. Creator Responsibilities

Creators must comply with applicable law, these Terms, the Creator Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.

10. Customer Responsibilities

People who buy from or interact with a creator through Creafl must provide accurate information, use purchased products as permitted by the creator, and raise product questions with the creator first.

11. User Content

You keep ownership of the content you upload to Creafl. You give Creafl the permission needed to host, display and process that content to operate the Service for you.

12. Intellectual Property

Creafl and its software, design and brand belong to Creafl and its licensors. These Terms do not give you rights to use the Creafl brand except as we permit. See our Copyright Policy.

13. Third-Party Services

Creafl works with third-party services such as payment providers, email delivery and social platforms. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms.

14. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the Service. Our Acceptable Use Policy describes prohibited activity.

15. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Creafl at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for others, or where required by law or by our service providers.

16. Service Availability

We work to keep Creafl available and reliable, but the Service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control.

17. Disclaimers

To be finalized before launch. Final warranty disclaimer wording, subject to legal review.

18. Limitation of Liability

To be finalized before launch. Final limitation-of-liability wording and any liability cap, subject to legal review.

19. Indemnification

To be finalized before launch. Final indemnification wording, subject to legal review.

20. Changes to the Service

We may add, change or remove features over time. We will try to give notice of changes that significantly affect how you use Creafl.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, give reasonable notice.

22. Governing Law and Disputes

To be finalized before launch. Governing law, dispute-resolution process and jurisdiction. Requires final legal review — not yet decided.
