This page describes categories of products and services that may not be sold on Creafl, or that may be restricted. It is not an exhaustive legal list.
Whether something can be sold may also depend on location, applicable law, payment-provider requirements and Creafl risk requirements.
2. Illegal goods and services
Anything illegal where the creator or customer is located.
3. Financial crime and fraud
Money laundering, pyramid schemes, get-rich-quick schemes and other fraudulent offers.
4. Weapons
Firearms, ammunition, weapon parts and other weapons.
5. Drugs and controlled substances
Illegal drugs, controlled substances and related paraphernalia.
6. Counterfeit and stolen goods
Counterfeit, replica or stolen goods.
7. Malware and cybercrime
Malware, hacking tools, stolen accounts or data, and cybercrime services.
8. Exploitative content
Content that exploits or harms others, including minors.
9. Intellectual-property infringement
Products that copy or redistribute others' work without permission.
10. Regulated financial products
Investments, securities, lending and similar regulated financial offers.
11. Gambling
Gambling where prohibited or where it requires a licence.
12. Adult and sexually explicit commerce
Adult or sexually explicit products and services are not currently supported.
13. High-risk or regulated products
Products that require licences, age verification or special approval may be restricted.
14. Misleading health or financial claims
Offers that promise guaranteed health outcomes, income or financial results.
15. Other payment-provider restrictions
Any other category our payment provider does not allow.
