1. Creafl Payments

Creafl lets creators accept payments for their products and services through a third-party payment provider. Creafl is not a bank or payment processor.

2. Payment Provider

Payments are processed by our payment provider. To accept payments you may need to agree to the provider's own terms.

To be finalized before launch. Named payment provider and account structure.

3. Account Verification

Your payment provider may require identity and business verification before you can accept payments or receive payouts.

4. Payment Authorization

When a customer pays, the payment is authorised and processed by the payment provider on your behalf.

5. Processing Fees

Standard payment-processing fees may apply. These are charged by the payment provider, not by Creafl.

6. Creafl Fees

Creafl charges 0% Creafl transaction fees on plans where that commercial promise applies. Creafl transaction fees are separate from payment-processing fees, which may still apply. See our Pricing page.

7. Payouts

Payouts are sent by the payment provider to your connected account. Payouts are not instant.

To be finalized before launch. Payout schedule and timing, set by the payment provider configuration.

8. Refunds

Refunds are issued according to your refund policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Processing fees may not be returned on refunds.

9. Disputes and Chargebacks

If a customer disputes a payment, the amount and any related fees may be deducted from your balance while the dispute is resolved. Respond to disputes promptly with evidence.

10. Negative Balances

If refunds, disputes or fees exceed your balance, you are responsible for the negative balance.

To be finalized before launch. How negative balances are recovered.

11. Reserves and Holds

The payment provider or Creafl may place a reserve or hold on funds where there is elevated risk.

To be finalized before launch. Reserve conditions.

12. Fraud and Risk Reviews

Transactions and accounts may be reviewed to prevent fraud and protect customers.

13. Taxes

You are responsible for taxes on your sales, as described in the Creator Terms.

14. Currency Conversion

If a payment or payout involves currency conversion, the payment provider's conversion rates and fees may apply.

15. Restricted Activity

You may not use Creafl payments for anything listed in our Restricted Products or Acceptable Use Policy.

16. Suspension of Payments

We or the payment provider may suspend payment features where required by law, risk review or a breach of our terms.

17. Payment Provider Terms

Your use of payment features is also subject to the payment provider's terms.

18. Changes

We may update these terms and will update the date above when we do.
