1. Using Creafl as a Creator
These Creator Terms apply in addition to our Terms of Service when you use Creafl to operate or monetise your business.
2. Your Creator Business
You run your own business on Creafl. You are responsible for the products and services you offer and for complying with the laws that apply to your business.
3. Products and Services
You may sell digital products, services, coaching, UGC packages and other offers permitted by our Restricted Products rules.
4. Product Descriptions and Claims
Describe your offers honestly and accurately. Do not make misleading claims about results, income, health or anything else.
5. Pricing
You set your own prices and are responsible for showing them clearly, including any taxes or additional charges.
6. Customer Service
You are responsible for responding to your customers' questions and requests about your products and services.
7. Fulfillment and Delivery
You are responsible for delivering what you sell, as described, within the timeframe you communicate.
8. Digital Products
Make sure you have the rights to distribute your digital products and that files work as described.
9. Services, Coaching and UGC Packages
Clearly describe what is included, how and when it will be delivered, and any requirements from the customer.
10. Refunds
You must clearly communicate your refund and cancellation policy to customers, subject to Creafl rules and applicable law. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
11. Disputes and Chargebacks
You are responsible for disputes and chargebacks relating to your sales, as described in our Payments & Payouts Terms.
12. Taxes
You are responsible for determining, collecting and paying any taxes that apply to your sales. Creafl does not provide tax advice.
13. Intellectual Property
Only sell and publish content you own or have permission to use. See our Copyright Policy.
14. Creator Content
You keep ownership of your content and give Creafl the permission needed to host and display it to operate your website and products.
15. Customer Data
You may use your customers' and subscribers' information only as permitted by law and by the permissions they gave you. Handle it securely and respect deletion requests.
16. Marketing Communications
Only send marketing emails to people who have agreed to receive them. Creafl requires subscribed status for marketing sends; a purchase alone does not imply consent.
18. Prohibited Activity
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy and Restricted Products rules.
19. Payments and Payouts
Selling paid products requires a payment account with our payment provider. See Payments & Payouts Terms.
20. Account Reviews
We may review creator accounts, products and activity to protect customers, creators and Creafl, and may ask for additional information.
21. Suspension
We may limit or suspend selling features if we believe there is a risk of harm, fraud or a breach of these terms.
22. Termination
You can stop selling at any time. We may terminate creator access for serious or repeated breaches.
23. Relationship With Creafl
You are an independent business. Nothing in these terms makes you an employee, agent or partner of Creafl.
24. Changes
We may update these Creator Terms and will update the date above when we do.
